Two Italians in the kitchen – Who are we?

We are Veronica and Carlo, two young food lovers from Italy.
We’ve been really closed to the on line food world and Network, due to our Italian food blog, which we choose to call “Il Soffio di Zefiro”.
In that original and first food blog, all in Italian language, we are very pleased to share our recipes, our suggestions and our adventures, both in the food world and in real life, such as our travels.
During this experience that it’s lasting since 2014, we’ve been in contact with fans from all over that world, that appreciated our recipes, our kitchen tips and cooking suggestions.
Many of them are people from outside the Italian Country that felt in love with our recipe. Of course, in our first website, all the articles were written in Italian, and they still are.

So we had two choices:
– translate all the blog with the help of some automatic online translator
– offer you a proper blog, with the things that our foreign audience asked the most.

So we decided to open this blog: “IT’s EASY WITH ZEFIRO” because we want to bring clearness in the world of Italian Kitchen for foreign friends and foodlovers.
There is a lot of confusion and Myth in Italian Kitchen foreign culture.
Here’s why we want to introduce you the real Italian Kitchen, made by Italians, handed down from grandmothers to grandsons through the generations.
What is presented as a True Italian food, on the World Wide Web, is sometimes not properly linked to the true Italian Kitchen tradition, but the product of changes through the years, and through the habits of Italian immigrant’s families that have been changing during decades.

That’s why we are writing this for you, begging you pardon for our mistakes in English Traslation.
Just assuring you we’re making all the best to make this work as correct as possible.
